5 days Motorbike Tour Nha Trang to Central Highlands – Ho Chi Minh

Day 1: Motorbike Tour Nha Trang to Dalat

Taking the  Motorbike Tour Nha Trang to Central Highlands – Ho Chi Minh is the best way to travel on one of the greatest roads in Vietnam.

Head into the countryside, passing many rice fields, ride along the small road to the local village where our guide will explain you about the local lives, learn about rice-papers and noodles making, rice farming. We will stop at Cau Ba, where you will learn about the strange culture of the Rak-Lay ethnic minority people and try to control your feeling as crossing “monkey bridge”.

Stop at Ben Loi wharf which is at the foot of Khanh Le Pass in Khanh Hoa Province to enjoy meals and admire a stunning view of a tributary of the Cai River.

After that, we will head to Dalat, ride Motorcycle on one of the most beautiful mountain passes in Vietnam. We will stop by the marker of 1,500m to take great photos of mountain and forest. This beautiful views might give you special emotion and feeling to escape their bustling life with pressure and worries. You can see numerous small waterfalls falling down from the pass along the road as well.

The scenes begin changing when you get closer to Da Lat. The beautiful farms that reflect the daily lives of locals and gain insights about the agriculture here (as an important sector of economic development in Dalat): flower farms, vegetable farms, coffee plantations.

Linh Phuoc pagoda (as known with other names such as Bottle pagoda, Dragon Pagoda), Dalat Railway station (oldest train station in Vietnam and Indochina as well), Crazy House (crazy ideal, crazy architecture, but very humanities) will be interesting stops when you get in Da Lat.

Check-in hotel around 4:30pm.

Day 2: Motorbike Tour Da Lat to Lak lake

Let’s ride out of the city and follow the mountainous road to head to the countryside where has plenty of stops along the way allow us to visit and relax:

– Flowers and vegetables farm
– Mushroom farm
– Silk-worm factory
– Elephant fall and Linh An pagoda

We will have lunch at a local restaurant at the top of Phu Son pass. You can trek around and take the best photos for yourselves here as well !
We will then pass through jungle with many stunning mountainous views, through some small villages, where you will see countless farmers tending crops Vietnamese style! We will then arrive at our overnight homestay or Resort.

Better still, we are located across from Lak Lake – home to several minority tribes and some traditional villages and the surrounding rice fields. They will be worth for taking the time to look at, but let’s save it for tomorrow morning.

Day 3: Motorbike Tour Lak lake to Dak Mil

This is the best day of the motorcycle tour from Nha Trang to Sai Gon travel through Central Highland, so don’t miss anything!

Do you feel the pleasant sounds of the countryside? Please wake up and walk around the Jun village where M’Nong minority people live to learn their daily life. If you want to cross Lak lake by boat or travel on the back of elephant (excluded), just feel free to inform us, our guides will help you to arrange it.

Time to get on the motorbike to ride to Buon Me Thuot ! We will stop at a local market where we will buy really special foods for our picnic lunch. Our stop lunch today is at the Dray Sap and Dray Nur Waterfalls – Biggest one in the Central Highland. While our guide cook for lunch (you will be very surprised with our guides cooking skills), you will deep your body in a Fairy pool, take a water massage from waterfall.

Back on the road, we will ride to Dak Mil for overnight (Near Vietnam and Cambodia border).

Day 4: Motorbike Tour Dak Mil to Dong Xoai

Ride through the legendary Ho Chi Minh trail to enjoy its magnificent scenery, explore the rural life of the local people, get as close as it gets to the Cambodian border on the real war remnant Ho Chi Minh trail to learn more about the history of Vietnam.

Stop at Soc Bom Bo village to enjoy the hospitable nature of S’tieng hill tribe people, their culture and traditions before heading to Binh Phuoc to learn how the locals make rice papers, noodles,…

Overnight in Dong Xoai (The beginning point of the Ho Chi Minh trail from South to North)

Day 5: Motorbike Tour Dong Xoai to Saigon

Traveling by boat to enjoy the beauty of the area before visiting mat and incense making villages, and then head to Cu Chi tunnels, immense network of connecting underground tunnels stretching for over 200kms. Location of severe military campaigns, these tunnels played a vital part in the war. Riding down to the city, the hustle and bustle of Saigon awaits you after that.

Arrive in Saigon at 5 pm and end of the tour.
